Chibithulhu Etched Glass

A cute, snuggly Old One from beyond the edge of time and space, just for you! Evil cuteness in cup form can now adorn your kitchen or display cabinet for just the low-low price of your soul (plus a $29.99 handling fee…)

This listing is for a green-bottomed regular drinking glass. If you would prefer to purchase a goblet, tumbler, pint glass, growler, vase, or any other style of glass, just send me a message!

I LOVE glass etching, but it is hard work, and it is dangerous! It’s a combination of traditional art (each design must be hand drawn), paper art (the design needs to then be cut out very meticulously with a super sharp blade), and chemistry (the etching acid must be applied to the glass, which melts away a part of the glass itself and leaves the etched design).  Each glass takes me at least an hour from start to finish, with more complex designs (such as the Attack on Titan Wings of Freedom) taking MUCH longer. The result is breathtaking, food-safe,  dishwasher safe, permanent, and totally worth every minute of my hard work.

Don’t like the design or type of glass? I am more than happy to create custom etched glasses, goblets, mugs, vases, or anything you can think of as long as it’s glass! Simply send me a message and we’ll work something out.

Custom Eyeball Tentacles “Creepy Kanzashi” Hair Ornaments

You asked for them, so here they are! Our new “Creepy Kanzashi” hair clips were such a hit in our Facebook sneak peek update that we got 2 custom orders that day! You guys always have a way of making us feel like our work is appreciated, and we love you all for it! <3

What are kanzashi? Kanzashi are traditional Japanese hair ornaments, dating back as far as the Jomon period. Geisha were even known to wear a different kanzashi for each month of the year. We have adapted the traditional ‘tsumami’ technique for making our hana-style creepy kanzashi, which involves folding each individual petal from pieces of cloth and then assembling them into the desired flower shape. Of course, we here at Lilly Inverse Designs can’t do anything completely traditional and pretty…

Our first “Creepy Kanzashi” hair ornaments are the much-requested tentacle kanzashi, sporting a creepy eyeball centerpiece. Since each tentacle kanzashi is custom made by hand, you are able to choose the color of the centerpiece, 2 colors for the petals of the flowers (inner and outer), and of course the color of the tentacles and spots. The creepy kanzashi pictured are our general green tentacles with purple spots, but feel free to go wild and choose any colors you want! If you would like more colors than just the 4, feel free to email us at LillyInverse@Gmail.com and we can work something out.
